Having seen most alternative building methods available today, we at Eco.Envi.Inc.  believe there is not one alternative building system that can compare in overall strength, fire resistance, energy efficiency, less waste, ease and quickness of construction, or a more economical way of alternative building residentially or commercially.

 This is why we have chosen to promote and use an Engineered Structural Insulated Panel System, or SIP’s for short. 

SIP's is a 40-year-old alternative building system which may soon become the standard for residential and commercial building.

 SIP’s alternative building panels are two pieces of oriented strand board, O.S.B., which sandwich a non-CFC foam insulating core four feet wide and up to twenty four feet high.

There are wall and roof panels which together make up the framing, insulation and sheathing of a building in one tight, strong package.

All types of roofing, siding and interior wall finishes are compatible with this alternative building system.

Chases for wiring are built in to accommodate all outlets, switches and custom features.

Our SIP's panels are an alternative building system that is a Green Build System and Energy Star Compliant.

These alternative build SIP's panels are 274% stronger, 50% more Energy Efficient and  extremely more fire resistant than other forms of conventional building methods.

SIP's, our alternative building system of structural insulated panels, carry a firing rating of ( 5 ) on the UL scale of 0-100,  with Asbestos being ( 0 ) and Red Oak being ( 100 ) . The combustion gases of EPS have been declared nontoxic in accordance with the Federal Hazardous Substance Labeling Act.

 Our alternative build SIP's panels meet California Building Codes and are approved and warranted and carry a limited lifetime warranty against panel delaminating.

Our alternative building product has been approved by HUD, UL and ICBO.

These alternative building SIP's panels have been tested by RADCO, an independent third party testing agency, for strength and performance.
